Lynn Kueper and Carolyn Voss joined the Equity One Mortgage Branches, in November of 2007.
Seeing the changes of the mortgage industry daily, they left the world of conventional and
nonconventional mortgages, and started on the road to government loans. Seeing the falling out
of mortgage companies on a daily basis, they know the importance of finding a good
reputable company offering all government loan programs, and learning the importance of
each loan program for the individual client. They would like the opportunity to help you
in the most important financial decision that you will make, YOUR MORTGAGE!

Lynn has processed and originated loans for 30 years, and worked in the retail and wholesale
mortgage industry, earning her Sr. Loan Specialist title. She strives to make the process as
easy as possible. Carolyn has been in the mortgage industry for 7 years, showing the
importance of your mortgage, teaching the CMPS (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist) Method.
Showing the client the missed fortune of the tax savings as well as how to create money for the
future, increase your savings, emergency fund or whatever financial goals you want to attain.
